Brief introduction of process flow of large atmospheric cryogenic storage tank
Generally, large atmospheric and low-temperature storage tanks are used to store oxygen, nitrogen, argon and other media. They have special structural characteristics and special process flow
The main structural features of cryogenic storage tank are as follows:
1 gas replacement treatment
Before the storage tank is used for the first time, the gas must be replaced, and nitrogen must be used to purge and replace the pipeline and the air in the storage tank.
2. Voltage stabilization and troubleshooting
Open the supercharger input valve to increase the pressure in the storage tank. In case of emergency, open the gas discharge valve for pressure relief. In the working state, once the tank is overpressured, the pressure can be released through the safety valve and bursting disc.
3 measurement
According to the reading of the liquid level meter, the actual loading volume of the tank can be read out by referring to the liquid level comparison table; The working pressure of the tank can be read out according to the pressure gauge; If abnormal pressure rise is found during tank maintenance or operation, the vacuum degree of interlayer can be measured by vacuum thermocouple gauge.
