LNG gasification station storage tank
LNG gasification station storage tank is a common and advanced long-term storage equipment for low-temperature liquid. It has the advantages of large storage capacity, adjustable pressure, low evaporation rate, safety and reliability. It is basically applied to various projects such as LNG gasification station, LNG filling station, LNG emergency peak shaving station and so on.
The characteristics of LNG gasification station are divided into five points
1. The process characteristics of LNG gasification station are "low temperature storage and normal temperature use". The minimum design temperature of storage tank shall reach - 196 ℃ (LNG storage temperature is about - 162 ℃), and the temperature of outgoing natural gas shall not be lower than the ambient temperature by about 10 ℃.
2. Low temperature storage tanks, valves, pipelines and pipe fittings of LNG gasification station have good cold insulation performance.
3. The equipment, pipelines, instruments, valves and their accessories in the low-temperature area of LNG gasification station have good operating performance under low-temperature conditions, and have good mechanical strength, sealing and corrosion resistance.
4. The gasification equipment is required to meet the design requirements and reach the maximum gasification flow under ordinary climatic conditions.
5. Low temperature storage tanks, gasifiers, pipelines and filters belong to pressure vessels, so their management must be managed according to pressure vessels. If the position of pressure vessel is welded, reconstructed, repaired or moved on the pressure vessel body, it must be reported to the supervision unit of pressure vessel.
