Product structure
LNG sub and master tanks are composed of several sub tanks, one master tank, corresponding process pipelines, valves and instruments.
Sub tank: as the main container for low temperature medium, it is made of austenitic stainless steel s30408; The sub tank is a vertical cylindrical leg structure. According to the volume, 4, 7 or 10 sub tanks are arranged in a certain way to connect the gas and liquid phases of all or groups of sub tanks through pipes.
Mother tank: as the protective shell of thermal insulation system, Q345R / 16MnDR material is usually used. The mother tank contains all the sub tanks, and the powder accumulation insulation is used for cold insulation to ensure that the storage medium is gasified as little as possible.
