Description
Liquid nitrogen master tank is a kind of storage tank which is composed of several parallel tanks filled with LN2 and placed in the master tank filled with insulation material in a certain arrangement. It is usually built to meet the requirements of large volume and pressurized storage, and it is more suitable for projects requiring large amount of protective gas in short time under PTA, PTE and other emergency conditions.

Product structure
The liquid nitrogen master tank is composed of several sub tanks, one master tank, corresponding process pipelines, valves and instruments.
Sub tank: as the main container of LN2, it is made of austenitic stainless steel s30408; The sub tank is a vertical cylindrical leg structure. According to the volume, 4, 7 or 10 sub tanks are arranged in a certain way to connect the gas and liquid phases of all or groups of sub tanks through pipes.
Mother tank: as the protective shell of thermal insulation system, Q345R / 16MnDR material is usually used. The mother tank contains all the sub tanks, and the powder accumulation insulation is used for cold insulation to ensure that the storage medium is gasified as little as possible.

Main advantages
